Lia Hughart currently serves as an Internal Audit Intern at Morningstar since June 2023 and has been a Project Assistant with the Women's Financial Association from September 2021, where significant involvement includes coordinating networking events and educating women in finance. In addition, Lia holds the position of Philanthropy Associate in Phi Mu Fraternity, facilitating fundraising efforts for Children’s Miracle Network Hospitals. Prior experience includes positions as a Corporate Finance Intern at Captive Resources, LLC, where Lia managed invoices and provided financial presentations, and as a Banquet Attendant at Butterfield Country Club, ensuring high-quality service for patrons. Lia also demonstrated leadership as a Team Captain for Relay For Life and provided administrative support at Designed Equipment Corp. Education includes a Bachelor of Business Administration in Accounting and Finance at Indiana University Bloomington, expected by 2025, following a high school diploma from York Community High School in 2020.
