Nicola Harley has a diverse work experience in marketing and communications. Nicola began their career as a Marketing Manager at PaperX.com, where they played a key role in launching the B2B portal to the media and market. Nicola then joined Corporate Communications, where they set up the marketing function and successfully executed campaigns and events. Nicola later became the Head of Marketing at 3i Infotech - Western Europe, leading the marketing function and driving strategic vision and planning in the IT solutions industry. Nicola also served as the Marketing Director for Morningstar, where they held various roles including leading the international marketing team, overseeing the EMEA marketing team, and elevating Morningstar's engagement with institutional clients in the UK. Nicola's extensive experience in marketing and their ability to develop successful integrated marketing strategies have made their a valuable asset in every role they have held.
