Preston Caldwell

Preston Caldwell serves as the Chief U.S. Economist at Morningstar since June 2016, where responsibilities include leading oilfield services coverage and contributing to long-term oil and gas price forecasts. During this tenure, Preston ranked in the top 10% among analysts for stock calls. Previously, Preston gained experience as a Campaign Fellow for Obama for America in 2012 and as an intern at the Arkansas Office of the Governor in 2010. Educationally, Preston holds a Master of Business Administration from Rice Business - Jones Graduate School of Business (2014-2016) and a Bachelor of Arts in Economics from the University of Arkansas (2009-2013).
