Sarah Abramczyk-Larkin

Sarah Abramczyk-Larkin has extensive experience in human resources and talent management, with a career spanning over two decades. Most recently, Sarah served as Talent & Culture Director and Business Partner Practice Leader at Morningstar, where responsibilities included managing the integration of global people practices following an acquisition and acting as a strategic partner to senior leadership teams. Prior to Morningstar, Sarah held the position of Director of Human Resources at Ansira, focusing on employee relations, compensation and benefits, and workforce development. Earlier roles include Human Resources Manager at David Gomez & Associates and Education/Training/Communication Coordinator at True Value Company. Sarah holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Biology from Marquette University.
