Josephina Gigliotti

Josephina Gigliotti is an accomplished event professional with extensive experience in global event design and production. Currently serving as Associate Director of Global Events at Moroccanoil since February 2020, Josephina leads all aspects of event conceptualization and logistics while ensuring alignment with brand standards and budget. Prior to this role, Josephina was a Project Coordinator at Gala Magriñá Design, effectively managing client events and enhancing profitability through streamlined workflows. Extensive prior experience includes serving as Event Production Manager for Kingpins Show, where Josephina oversaw large-scale B2B and B2C events across multiple international cities, successfully managing significant budgets and vendor negotiations. Josephina holds a Master's degree in Event and Exhibition Design from SPD Scuola Politecnica di Design and a Bachelor of Science in Fashion Business Management from the Fashion Institute of Technology.
