Vladimir Nikonov

Vladimir Nikonov is an experienced operations professional with a strong background in project management, supply chain excellence, and inventory optimization. Currently serving as Operations Project Lead at Moroccanoil since February 2024, Vladimir focuses on inventory and demand planning management, cross-department support, and operational improvements. Previous positions include Operations Project Manager at Mobility Brands, where significant KPI improvements were achieved, and Senior Operations Manager at TIER Mobility, where regional planning systems were enhanced.
