Neil Whitehouse

Neil Whitehouse is an experienced construction professional with a diverse background spanning several decades. Currently serving as a Superintendent at Moroso Construction since April 2024, Neil previously owned Whitehouse Project Management from January 2000 to April 2024, focusing on commercial and multi-family projects with an emphasis on stable preconstruction costs. Earlier roles include Superintendent at Paragon General Contractors, managing new construction and remodels, and Site Manager for English Nature, overseeing capital and land restoration projects for the UK Government with a budget range of $1 million to $30 million. Neil holds a degree in Music Performance from the London School of Music, completed in 1986.
