Klára Matoušková

Klára Matoušková has worked in various roles throughout their career. Klára started their professional journey as a Redaktor at VLTAVA LABE MEDIA a.s. in September 2015, where they worked until December 2015. In March 2013, they joined Správa jeskyní České republiky as a Pracovník TIC and stayed there until September 2016. Following this, they worked as a Junior Consultant at Randstad Czech Republic from October 2016 to January 2018. In February 2018, Klára joined IBM as an HR Administrator, a role they held until October 2018. After that, they joined ZETOR TRACTORS a.s. as an HR Specialist in October 2018, and their tenure with the company ended in February 2019. Most recently, Klára has been working at MoroSystems as an HR Administrator since March 2019, and in November 2022, they transitioned to the role of HR Specialist.

Klára Matoušková completed their Bachelor's degree (Bc.) in Media Studies and Journalism, as well as Public Policy and Human Resources, at Masaryk University Brno from 2013 to 2016. Klára further pursued their education at the same university, where they obtained a Master's degree (Mgr.) in Personnel Management and Organizational Development from 2016 to 2018.
