Roger Crothers

Roger Crothers is an experienced professional with a diverse background in continuous improvement and operational management. Currently serving as a Pioneer at Morph BI since June 2021, Roger is focused on helping businesses establish their vision and achieve their goals. As a Director at RLC Business Consulting since September 2013 and a CI Deployment Specialist at QGC since June 2018, Roger is responsible for the sustainable deployment of continuous improvement initiatives across multiple locations, including Brisbane and various operational sites. Previous roles include Senior Consultant at XTM Lean Solutions, Senior CI Consultant at Brunei Shell Petroleum, and multiple leadership positions at Cerebos, where responsibilities ranged from operations management to introducing Lean methodologies across production sites.
