Niels Gade-Jacobsen

Niels Gade-Jacobsen is a legal professional and entrepreneur with extensive experience in law and finance. As the founder and partner at Advora Law Firm since August 2021, Niels also serves as a board member for Danmarks Skatteadvokater and was a board member at JP Air Tech and Complyon. Niels holds the position of chairman at Morph Capital A/S, focusing on venture capital for pre-seed startups. From November 2010 to July 2021, Niels was a partner at NJORD Law Firm, specializing in tax, corporate, and distribution law. Niels has served as a part-time associated professor at the University of Copenhagen in tax law and briefly as a high court judge. Niels received a BA in Finance from Copenhagen Business School, an Advokat qualification, and an LL.M from Aarhus University, complemented by master's courses at KU Leuven.
