Mike Swetman

Mike Swetman has over 20 years of work experience in various roles and industries. Mike co-founded Morpheus Group in 2005, where they currently serve as the Managing Partner. Morpheus Group specializes in implementation services for Intelligent Automation programs, specifically Robotic Process Automation. Prior to this, Mike worked as a Practice Lead at an International Consultancy, where they were responsible for new business development and delivering client assignments. Mike also worked as a Process re-engineering consultant at Middle East Bank, where they successfully re-engineered back office operations, resulting in significant cost savings and increased capacity. Before transitioning into the private sector, Mike served as a Captain in the British Army, where they held various leadership roles and was responsible for training and managing NCOs.

Mike Swetman attended Hull University from 1991 to 1994, where they earned a 2 (i) degree in Politics. Before that, they attended Merchant Taylors, although the details of their degree and field of study are unknown.
