Kailash Shahani

Kailash Shahani has had a diverse work experience. Kailash founded Morpheus Human Consulting Pvt. Ltd. in 2007, where they were responsible for operational management and development. Kailash played a key role in implementing strategies, establishing measurement systems, and monitoring and reporting on operational issues and achievements. In 2021, they founded Mumbai Help, an organization focused on spreading hope and compassion through advocacy and outreach activities. Prior to that, Kailash served as the HR & Admin Manager at Maxtouch Computers LLC from 2001 to 2007. In this role, they oversaw the recruitment process, conducted screenings and interviews, managed staff engagement and orientation, and handled the exit process.

Kailash Shahani completed their secondary education at Holy Cross School from 1986 to 1995, where they pursued a degree in Commerce. Following that, they attended KC College from 1996 to 2000, where they obtained their graduate degree in Commerce.
