Neena Tekade is a seasoned recruitment professional with extensive experience in the field. Currently serving as a Recruitment Partner at Morpheus Human Consulting since March 2020, Neena specializes in identifying and recruiting candidates for suitable positions. Prior to this role, Neena was a Senior Recruitment Manager with The Management Team from 1996 to 1999, where responsibilities included candidate recruitment and conducting interviews. Neena began a career in recruitment as a Recruitment Specialist at Aims Management Consultants from January 1992 to 1995. Academically, Neena holds a Postgraduate Diploma in Management with a focus on Human Resources Management from the University of Mumbai, along with a Bachelor of Science in Chemistry from the same university and a Secondary School Certificate from St. Paul's Convent High School in Dadar East.
