Steve Milbourne

Steve Milbourne has been with Morphey Construction since April 2013, serving as both President and Project Manager. In this role, Steve has been responsible for bidding, managing, and closing out various projects, ensuring involvement throughout all stages of project development. Steve holds a degree in Construction Engineering & Management, earned from Purdue University between 1985 and 1990.
