Gill Garbourg has been working in the customer success and marketing fields since 2007. Gill began their career as a Web Marketing Executive at e-magine in 2007, and then moved on to become a Marketing Executive at Inter Hospitality in 2010. In 2012, they took on the role of Ground Retention Specialist at ADS Underpinning and Piering. In 2013, they became a Customer Success Specialist at Conduit Mobile, where they managed existing clientele accounts and worked to reduce churn and avoid cancellations. In 2015, they took on the role of Customer Success Manager at BrightInfo, where they were responsible for both pre and post sales. In 2018, they moved to Game of Whales as a Customer Success Manager, and in 2021, they became a Senior Customer Success Manager at Morphisec.
Gill Garbourg began their educational career by attending Cornell University from 2005 to 2007. Gill then continued their education at Florida State University, where they earned a Bachelor's degree in International Relations and Affairs from 2005 to 2009. Most recently, they completed an M.A. in Marine Resource Management at the Ruppin Academic Center from 2018 to 2020.
