Omri Gal Shenhav has worked as a software developer since 2021. In 2021, they participated in Ben Gurion University's internship program "Starship" as a Software Developer Intern at Sigmabit. Here, they contributed code to production in Java for a project developed by Elisra/Elbit. In 2022, they worked part-time at Yeger-Lotem Lab under the department of Clinical Biochemistry & Pharmacology at Ben Gurion University as a Full-Stack Developer. In this role, they worked independently with technologies such as React, JS, HTML, CSS, Flash/Python, and MySql. Omri also initiated improvements to the workflow, such as moving all projects to git, adding configuration files, and making scripts to automate deployment. Additionally, they are currently working as a Student Full-Stack Developer at Morphisec.
Omri Gal Shenhav began their education in 2011 at Tzafit Regional High School, where they studied Computer Science and Physics until 2016. Omri then attended the Weizmann Institute of Science for one year in 2015-2016, studying Computer Science. From 2018-2019, they attended The Open University of Israel and earned a Bachelor's degree in Computer Science. Currently, they are attending Ben-Gurion University of the Negev, where they are pursuing a Bachelor's degree in Computer Science.
