Pavel Shilin has a wealth of experience in the software and customer service industries. Pavel began their career in 2013 as a Networking Technician at "Polymedia-Vrn". In 2015, they moved on to become the Sales and Customer Service Manager at Тендо, where they managed relationships with customers via chat/mail, inbound/outbound calls, and provided basic sales and technical advice to clients.
