Madalina Pop

Madalina Pop is an accomplished professional with extensive experience in product management and research integrity. Currently serving as the Research Integrity Product Lead at Morressier since March 2022, Madalina focuses on enhancing scientific research integrity and streamlining the publication process. Previous roles include Head of Project and Product Management at AirportLabs, where optimization of airport operations was achieved through the management of complex systems and real-time data integration. Prior experience also includes a tenure as Senior Engineering Resource Planner at Emerson Automation Solutions, recognized with the Emerson Quarterly Award for process implementation. Earlier career positions include HR Consultant at LUGERA and Operations Lead at H Cut. Madalina holds a Master's Degree in Human Resources Psychology and Marketing and a Bachelor's Degree in Psychology, both from Babes-Bolyai University.
