Dominique Tornabe

Dominique Tornabe is an accomplished professional with extensive experience in nonprofit management and community engagement. Currently serving as the Director of Development at Morris Arts since April 2023, Dominique previously held key roles at Family Promise of Morris County, including Chief Impact Officer and Director of Development and Community Relations from August 2016 to May 2023. Additional experience includes seasonal positions at United Way of Northern New Jersey as a Community Outreach Coordinator related to the Volunteer Income Tax Assistance program in 2017 and 2018, and serving as Community Education Manager & Brand Steward at HOPES Community Action Partnership from September 2011 to August 2016. Dominique's earlier career includes leadership positions in educational settings, such as Director of Program Development at The Learning Experience and various roles at the National Academy for Educators and Caregivers. Dominique holds a Master's degree in Child Advocacy & Policy from Montclair State University, an Executive Education Certificate in Nonprofit Leadership from Fordham University, and a Bachelor's degree in Humanities from Montclair State University.
