Kaley then worked as a Production Coordinator at Robert Berning Productions from 2007 to 2011. During this time, they successfully managed production projects and ensured their smooth execution. In 2011, Kaley joined Morris Bart L.L.C. as a Marketing Director, where they played a crucial role in developing and implementing effective marketing strategies. Prior to their professional career, Kaley worked as a Leasing Agent/Manager at Frog Pond Apartments from 2004 to 2007. In this role, they handled various responsibilities, such as signing legal documents and managing tenant assignments. Kaley also utilized their voice talent in creating radio commercials for the apartment complex.
