Linda Noll

Linda Noll, M.B.A., is an experienced IT Manager currently leading the Workplace Technologies group at Morris County Government since September 2007. In this role, Linda oversees a diverse range of county applications, including vendor and custom systems, and is involved in records management. Prior to this position, Linda managed the Office of Library Systems Technical Staff, providing critical software and network support to 37 libraries, and played a significant role in the successful implementation of the Kronos Payroll system countywide. Linda's prior experience includes roles at Lucent Technologies as a Systems Engineer, where responsibilities included GUI systems engineering and user documentation, and at AT&T as a Manager of systems analysts and programmers supporting a comprehensive network services system. Linda holds a BA in Mathematics from Rutgers University and an MBA in Quantitative Analysis from Seton Hall University.
