Chay Walker

Chay Walker has extensive experience in the construction and housing industry, with a career spanning over two decades. Most recently, Chay served as Managing Director (Central) at Morris Homes Ltd from November 2018 to January 2024, following roles as Deputy Managing Director and Construction Director for the same company. Prior to this, Chay held the position of Construction Director at Avant Homes from July 2017 to November 2018 and at Davidsons Developments Ltd from April 2015 to May 2017. Chay’s earlier experience includes a significant tenure as Construction Director at Morris Homes Ltd between January 2007 and April 2015, as well as serving as Construction Manager at Persimmon Homes - Northampton from August 2000 to December 2006.
