Jake Kelly

Jake Kelly is the current Group Director and System Operator at Network Rail. Before this, they were the Development Director at South West Trains from January 2010 to December 2014. From January 2015 to August 2019, they were the Managing Director at East Midlands Trains. From January 2007 to December 2010, they were the Customer Service Director at East Midlands Trains. Prior to that, they held various commercial roles at Stagecoach Rail from January 2001 to December 2007. Before that, they were an Economics and strategy consultant at PricewaterhouseCoopers from January 1996 to December 2001.

Jake Kelly holds a Bachelor of Arts from the University of Oxford, where they studied philosophy, politics and economics. Jake also has a Master of Business Administration from INSEAD.

Jake Kelly reports to Andrew Haines, Chief Executive Officer. Jake Kelly works with Tim Shoveller - Managing Director, North West and Central region, Rob Mcintosh - Managing Director, Eastern region, and Mark Langman - Managing Director, Wales & Western.
