Chuck Kunz

Chuck Kunz is a Partner in the Bankruptcy and Creditors Rights Group at Morris James LLP, a position held since 2001. With extensive experience in bankruptcy law, Chuck represents a variety of stakeholders including creditors, official committees, debtors, and litigation trustees in commercial bankruptcies, particularly in Chapter 11 and Chapter 7 cases across the United States. Notably, Chuck has worked on high-profile mass tort bankruptcies involving insurance companies. Prior to Morris James LLP, Chuck served as Assistant Vice President at Murphy Spadaro & Landon PC from 1994 to 2001. Chuck obtained a Juris Doctor degree from Widener University Schools of Law and a Bachelor of Arts in Economics with a minor in German from the University of New Hampshire. Early education was completed at St. Andrew's School.
