Andrew Mohr is a Partner and leads the firm’s Government Contracts practice. He has over three decades of experience that spans the entire range of federal, state and local government contract formation and administration. Mr. Mohr represents clients in every stage of the government procurement process, from analysis of the risks associated with entering the market to the issues arising during the solicitation, award, performance and completion of government contracts.
