Austin Mills is a Partner in the firm's Corporate Technology Practice and the Chair of the Blockchain and Cryptocurrency Group. His primary areas of concentration include technology transactions, blockchain, cryptocurrency, payments, financial technology, and privacy and security. Mr. Mills advises clients on transactions and the application of laws relating to technology, particularly blockchain and financial technology. Mr. Mills also advises technology, blockchain, cryptocurrency, and financial services clients regarding regulatory compliance (e.g. money transmission) and data and information security and privacy matters and helps clients establish compliance programs.
