Brett A. Lavoie is a Partner in the firm’s Commercial Real Estate Development & Finance and Hospitality practices, where he represents clients in the acquisition, disposition, financing, development and leasing of hotel, industrial, office, retail and mixed-use properties. Brett’s experience includes representing owners, investors and developers in structuring, negotiating, and documenting acquisitions, dispositions, and joint ventures across a wide spectrum of asset classes, with an emphasis on the acquisition and development of hotel and industrial properties.
