Eric Larson

Eric Larson is a Partner in the firm’s Commercial Litigation practice. Mr. Larson has broad litigation experience, including commercial, products liability, land use and zoning, construction, internal investigations and insurance coverage. He has represented clients from a variety of industries in litigation matters with responsibilities including motion practice, managing discovery practices, preparing witnesses and experts, taking and defending fact and depositions, and insurance coverage. Mr. Larson has also represented pro bono clients in state and federal courts.

Before joining the firm, Mr. Larson was a litigation associate in the Chicago office of Kirkland & Ellis LLP. Before entering private practice, Mr. Larson served as Law Clerk to the Honorable Tu M. Pham in the United States District Court for the Western District of Tennessee.
