Hallee Moore

Hallee C. Moore is a Partner in the Corporate Practice Group, focusing on mergers and acquisitions, private equity, finance transactions, venture capital, strategic investments and general corporate matters.

Ms. Moore graduated in the Top 3% of her class from Mercer University, Walter F. George School of Law where she was a member of the Mercer University Law Review, the Mercer Law Mentorship Program, and twice-served as Treasurer of the Mercer Association of Women Law Students. Her experience includes clerking for the Fourteenth Court of Appeals for the State of Texas, the Florida Supreme Court Historical Society and the Georgia Institute of Technology Office of Legal Affairs. Ms. Moore received her B.S. with highest honors from the Georgia Institute of Technology.
