Homer “Lee” Walker is a partner in the firm’s Real Estate Development & Finance, Real Estate Capital Markets, Sustainability and Funds & Alternative Investments practices where he focuses on the development and operational aspects of office, industrial, hotel, retail and multi-family assets, including complex mixed-use projects involving multiple combined asset classes. Mr. Walker’s practice also focuses on the formation and capitalization of joint venture platforms and investment funds. His clients include leading national REITs, investment funds and development companies, among them Atlanta-based Regent Partners, the developer of Buckhead’s award winning 50-story Sovereign Building.
