Patrick Lowther

Patrick Lowther is a Partner in the firm’s Litigation Practice. Mr. Lowther has significant experience representing clients in a wide variety of complex litigation matters throughout the United States, including class action cases, product liability cases, general commercial disputes, real estate-related matters, personal injury matters, and bankruptcy matters.

Mr. Lowther has litigated cases in numerous state and federal courts across the country. He also has significant appellate experience in state and federal courts.

Mr. Lowther also enjoys representing clients pro bono in a broad range of civil and criminal matters. In addition, Mr. Lowther is the Chair of the firm's corporate social responsibility initiative, MMMPact, and MMM’s Community Involvement Program. He is also on the Executive Council for the Alabama State Bar Non-Resident Section.
