Mathew Kachur has a diverse work experience in human resources. Mathew started their career as an HR Manager at CUNO, 3M in 2000 and held the position until 2008. From 2008 to 2011, they served as the Regional HR Director at Cookson Electronics, where they oversaw HR operations in the Americas and managed a team of five HR managers. In 2011, they became the Director of HR at Aplicare, a Clorox Company, and played a crucial role in developing strategic plans, implementing incentive programs, and integrating into Clorox HR practices. Continuing their career, they joined Airgas in 2013 as the HR Director for the North East region until 2016. Currently, they hold the position of Vice President of Human Resources at Morris Group, Inc.
Mathew Kachur pursued their education by completing a Masters degree in Organizational Behavior at the University of Hartford from 2003 to 2005. Prior to that, they obtained a Bachelor of Science degree in Business Administration from Boston College, where they studied from 1991 to 1995.
