Rich Clemmensen

Vice President Sales And Marketing at Morris National, Inc.

Rich Clemmensen has extensive work experience in sales and marketing. Rich started their career at Mars in 1982, where they held various roles in brand management, product development, marketing, and sales management. Rich achieved success in repositioning and reformulating the 3 MUSKETEERS Brand, achieving 104% of plan and 10% growth in volume. Rich also played a key role in increasing same-store sales for the Ethel M® Chocolates brand and retail stores by creating new products and implementing a merchandising strategy.

Clemmensen then joined Kodak in 1998 as the Director of Worldwide Marketing for the Themed Entertainment Division. Rich later moved to Blueprint Marketing in 2001, where they served as the Vice President of Marketing. In this role, they provided strategic leadership in marketing.

In 2003, Clemmensen joined Morris National, Inc as the Vice President of Sales and Marketing. Rich developed unique seasonal gifts and everyday confectionery products for National Retailers, and grew retailer's market share by creating new products using consumer insight and creative design. Rich also partnered with STARBUCKS® and other national brands to create customized seasonal gifts for each account, and identified unmet consumer needs to create customer-driven solutions.

Overall, Clemmensen has a strong background in sales and marketing, with a focus on product development, brand management, and strategic leadership.

Rich Clemmensen attended Miami University from 1977 to 1981, where they earned a Bachelor's Degree in Business with a major in Marketing.
