Mr. Hebert began his career with MPH in 1990 and currently serves as co-Chief Executive Officer. As executive officer, he supervises and directs the development of key business guidelines, corporate culture, and organizational systems to integrate company resources and provide client focused solutions. Mr. Hebert has been recognized as a company leader with the strategic vision to achieve business goals by empowering all employees in providing superior integrated professional solutions to clients. He has been instrumental in helping to build a professional organization that consistently delivers results by aligning talented professionals and technology initiatives with long-term business objectives.
Over the course of his career with MPH, Mr. Hebert has served in various positions within the firm working his way up through the ranks from survey instrument man to party chief to survey project manager to Vice President of the Survey and Mapping department where he served for nearly 10 years. During this time, Mr. Hebert successfully and efficiently managed hundreds of projects such as; pipeline construction projects, well location projects, levee construction projects, property boundary surveys, cadastral surveys, topographic surveys, differential GPS real-time hydrographic and geodetic surveys, GPS static surveys for horizontal and vertical control, to name a few. In addition, he has prepared and coordinated the submittal and acquisition of local, state, and federal permits necessary to perform work in and outside of the coastal wetlands of the Gulf Coast region. While serving in this position, Mr. Hebert implemented long-range strategic planning initiatives that involved aggressive marketing and recruiting that resulted in a high rate of business expansion.
Mr. Hebert attended Nicholls State University and graduated with a Bachelor’s degree in General Studies with an area of concentration in Civil Engineering Technology and Mathematics. After graduation, Mr. Hebert returned to Nicholls State University where he completed post-graduate courses in Real Estate Law. Mr. Hebert is currently licensed as a Professional Land Surveyor in the states of Louisiana, Texas, and Mississippi. He is a member of the Louisiana Society of Professional Surveyors, Texas Society of Professional Surveyors, Mississippi Association of Professional Surveyors, and National Society of Professional Surveyors.
As co-CEO, Mr. Hebert maintains hands-on involvement in day-to-day operations of the firm and consults with all department Vice Presidents to develop professional solutions for clients’ multifaceted projects. His belief in an open-door policy and empowerment of employees for professional growth and development has helped ensure a solid track record of success.
