Eric Bond

Eric Bond has a diverse range of work experience in the architecture and design industry. Eric currently serves as the Director of Design at Morris & Ritchie Associates, Inc. (MRA) since April 2021. Prior to this, Eric worked as the Principal at SYNC Design Studio since February 2008. From April 2016 to April 2021, they served as the Design Lead at Manns Woodward Studios, and also worked as a Designer/Project Manager at the same company from April 2013 to April 2021. Before joining Manns Woodward Studios, Eric worked as an Associate at Shannon Comer Architects, Inc. from September 2009 to April 2013. Eric began their career as a Staff Architect at Parameter Inc. and worked there from an undisclosed time in 2003 to 2009.

Eric Bond obtained a Master of Architecture (MArch) degree with a focus on Architecture, Urban Planning, and Environmental Design from Morgan State University. Eric completed this program between the years 2010 and 2013. Prior to their enrollment at Morgan State, Eric attended Anne Arundel Community College, where they pursued an Associate of Arts (AA) degree in Architecture.
