Rosa A. Fernández

Rosa A. Fernandez is a Project Engineer and Project Designer IV at Morris & Ritchie Associates, Inc. They previously worked as a Graduate Research Assistant at Utah State University, focusing on Stormwater Water Quality Improvement using BMP's. Prior to that, they were a Control and Budgeting Engineer at Codelpa, where they evaluated supply chain processes and implemented new logistic and supply plans. Additionally, they have experience as an Engineering Assistant at OISOE, where they worked on the seismic reinforcement of the Cabral y Báez Hospital project. Rosa holds a Master of Science in Environmental Engineering from Utah State University and a degree in Civil Engineering from Pontificia Universidad Católica Madre y Maestra and Pontificia Universidad Javeriana.
