Gavin Seaton

Gavin Seaton has extensive work experience in various roles within the construction industry. Gavin most recently served as the Digital Transformation Director at Morris & Spottiswood, where they focused on driving process improvement, developing digital strategies, and enhancing collaboration platforms for clients. Prior to that, they held the position of IT Director at the same company, leading the development of long-term IT strategies aligned with business goals and successfully delivering major projects. Before joining Morris & Spottiswood, Seaton worked as the Strategic Development Manager, overseeing the implementation and training of a Project Information Management IT solution. Gavin also managed a Proposals Team at the company, producing high-quality PQQ's and tenders. Earlier in their career, Seaton had diverse roles at Skanska, including Submissions Manager, where they worked on PFI and Framework submissions, and Submissions Coordinator, leading submissions for PFI bids across the UK. Gavin began their career as a Marketing Assistant at Kvaerner.
