Mairi Urquhart is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in proposals and development within the housing and construction sectors. Currently serving as Proposals Director at Morris & Spottiswood Limited since March 2020, Mairi has held various roles within the same company since August 2009, including Proposals Manager and Proposal Coordinator. Prior to this, experience includes serving as Development Consultant at Ferguslie Park Housing Association Limited and Development Officer roles at West Dunbartonshire Council and Partick Housing Association Limited. Mairi began the career at Glasgow City Council as a Maintenance & Development Officer. Mairi holds a BA in Urban Planning from the University of Strathclyde, earned between 1989 and 1993.
