Brendan Kevany

Brendan Kevany has extensive experience in corporate governance and legal counsel, currently serving as the Infratil Company Secretary and Senior Corporate Counsel at Morrison since April 2022, where responsibilities include governance, company secretarial duties, and legal advice for the Board. Prior to this role, Brendan held various legal positions at Vector Limited from August 2013 to April 2022, including GM Governance & Senior Counsel, where contributions involved advising on acquisitions, regulatory investigations, and corporate governance. Brendan has also engaged in significant secondments such as the Executive GM - Legal role at HRV and has practiced at Minter Ellison Rudd Watts and Herbert Smith, focusing on mergers, acquisitions, and corporate law. Brendan holds a BA/LLB from the University of Otago and matriculated from Bishops Diocesan College.
