Phil Kelley

Phil Kelley has over 25 years of extensive experience in corporate development, strategy, and finance. At Crown Castle, Phil Kelley served in various capacities including Executive Vice President of Corporate Development and Strategy, Managing Director of Australia, and Vice President of M&A, International from September 2008 to June 2024. Prior experience includes board memberships at Azonic Networks Ltd and TriStar Investors, as well as roles at Archon Group and Crown Castle Australia. Currently, Phil Kelley holds board member positions at Amplitel, FiberLight, LLC, Pinnacle Towers Limited (UK), and Vapor IO, while also serving as an Operating Partner at MORRISON. Phil Kelley's academic background includes a degree in Economics from Harvard University.
