Rebecca B.

Rebecca B. currently serves as the Morrison Corporate Counsel and Head of Compliance at MORRISON since September 2022. In addition, Rebecca is a member of the AI Policy Clinic Research Group at the Center for AI and Digital Policy from January 2023 to October 2024. Previously, Rebecca held several senior roles at ANZ, including Senior Manager of Business Governance and Controls - Data Marketing and Operations, and Senior Compliance Manager in Privacy and Data Protection, from August 2018 to August 2022. Earlier experience includes roles as Regulatory Affairs Manager and Compliance Manager - Prudential at ANZ, Legal Counsel at New Zealand Customs Service, and Solicitor at Buddle Findlay Lawyers. Rebecca was also selected as the New Zealand representative for the Stage International program at Barreau de Paris in 2010. Academically, Rebecca attained a Master of Laws (LLM) from Columbia University and holds a Bachelor of Laws (first class honours) and a Bachelor of Arts in French and International Relations from Victoria University of Wellington, supplemented by a semester at Université Jean Moulin (Lyon III).
