Kara Rivas

Kara Rivas is an experienced educator with a background in teaching and educational services. Currently serving as an Education Services Specialist at Morrison Child and Family Services since March 2019, Kara previously held the position of Second Grade Teacher at Risen Christ School. Earlier teaching roles include Third Grade Teacher at Mt. St. Michael Catholic School from August 2009 to May 2011, and a volunteer position with Nuestros Pequeños Hermanos™ from July 2007 to January 2009. Kara Rivas holds a Master's degree in Education from the University of St. Thomas and a Bachelor's degree in English from The University of Dallas, attained between 2002 and 2006.
