Brendan Kevany currently serves as the Infratil Company Secretary since April 2022, following a significant tenure at Vector Limited from August 2013 to April 2022 where roles included GM Governance & Senior Counsel and Senior Corporate Counsel. At Vector, Brendan provided extensive legal and governance support across regulated and non-regulated business units, managed corporate acquisitions and disposals, and administered company secretarial matters for an NZX listed entity. Prior experience includes a role as Executive GM at HRV and senior positions at Minter Ellison Rudd Watts, Herbert Smith, and Cable&Wireless Worldwide, focusing on corporate law, mergers, acquisitions, and commercial transactions. Brendan holds a BA/LLB from the University of Otago.
