Jessica Lipson

Jessica Lipson, Esq., CIPP US, is a seasoned Technology, Data, and Intellectual Property Attorney currently serving as a Partner and Co-Chair of the Technology, Data, and Intellectual Property Practice at Morrison Cohen LLP since January 2019. With extensive experience in technology transactions, intellectual property licensing, and privacy and data security, Jessica represents clients in all phases of technology purchases and associated services. Prior positions include roles at Proskauer Rose LLP, Baker & McKenzie, and Morgan Lewis & Bockius, focusing on technology-driven business transformations and contract negotiations. Jessica holds a J.D. from Brooklyn Law School and a B.S. in Chemical Engineering from the Illinois Institute of Technology.
