Karen Owens

Karen Owens, PHR, serves as the Director of Human Resources at Morrison Cohen LLP since June 2023. Prior to this role, Karen held several positions at Cooley LLP from January 2015 to June 2023, including Associate Director of Employee Relations & Performance Management, Firmwide HR Manager for Staff Recruitment, Development and Employee Relations, and Administrative and Employment Manager. Additionally, Karen was a Human Resources Coordinator at Pillsbury Winthrop Shaw Pittman from March 2011 to January 2015 and at Miller & Chevalier from March 2005 to March 2011, focusing on legal staff and attorney recruiting and development.
