Anthony Fiotto

Anthony Fiotto is a Partner and Head of the Boston Litigation Department at Morrison & Foerster LLP, where since July 2021, representation of companies and individuals in high-stakes litigation and alternative dispute resolution has been the primary focus. Prior to this role, Anthony served as a Partner at Goodwin from January 1991 to July 2021, chairing the Securities Litigation, White Collar Defense, and Business Litigation practice groups. Academic qualifications include a Doctor of Law (JD) from Boston University School of Law, a Master of Fine Arts (MFA) from the University of Iowa, and a Bachelor's degree from Binghamton University.
