Christie Sim Mizer

Christie Sim Mizer, JD, CPCC has a diverse work experience in the legal field. Christie is currently the Associate Director of Attorney Career Development and Coaching at Morrison & Foerster LLP since January 2022. Prior to this role, they served as the Attorney Development Manager at the same company from September 2018 to January 2022.

Before joining Morrison & Foerster, Christie worked at Crowell & Moring LLP from April 2016 to August 2018 as a Professional Development Counselor. In this role, they provided coaching, counseling, and advice to non-partner lawyers and collaborated with staffing partners and practice group leaders on a variety of issues, including staffing and performance-related matters.

Christie also attended the University of Essex from 1998 to 1999, where they studied History. Before that, from 1994 to 1998, Christie studied Journalism at The University of Kansas. Christie completed their high school education at Shawnee Mission South from 1990 to 1994. In addition to their academic qualifications, Christie obtained a certification as a Certified Professional Co-Active Coach from the Co-Active Training Institute in 2019.
