Erin Bosman

Erin Bosman serves as the Global Co-Chair of the Litigation Department and holds multiple leadership roles, including Chair of Global Complex Litigation and Advisement and Co-Chair of Class Actions and Mass Torts at Morrison Foerster. With extensive expertise in product liability across the consumer products, pharmaceutical, and medical device sectors, Erin is sought after as national coordinating and trial counsel for class action cases and multidistrict proceedings. Additionally, Erin is a partner at PLAC and a member of the Product Liability Advisory Council, while also contributing to legal education as Co-Chair of the USD Class Action Law Forum. Erin has been involved with Law360’s editorial boards and has previously served in various roles within esteemed legal organizations. Erin earned a JD from the University of San Diego School of Law and a BBA from the University of San Diego.
