Jim Brosnahan, Senior of Counsel at Morrison & Foerster LLP, has extensive experience as a trial attorney, having tried approximately 150 jury trials. In addition to their role at the law firm, Jim is also an author at Rowman & Littlefield Publishing Group. Previously, Jim served as an Adjunct Professor at the University of California, Berkeley - School of Law, where Jim taught a course on persuasion for ten years. Mr. Brosnahan also acted as a Special Prosecutor in the case of Caspar Weinberger during the Iran-Contra Affair. Jim began their legal career as a federal prosecutor in Phoenix, Arizona and San Francisco, California. Mr. Brosnahan holds an LL.B. from Harvard Law School and a BSBA from Boston College.
