Stephen Decosse

Stephen DeCosse is a seasoned legal professional specializing in corporate mergers and acquisitions and private equity. Currently, DeCosse holds the position of Partner at Morrison Foerster, a role commenced in October 2023. Prior to this, DeCosse served as a Corporate M&A Partner at Jones Day from May 2006 to October 2023. DeCosse's experience also includes a previous tenure as Partner at Morrison Foerster from 2001 to 2006, and as a Corporate Partner at Howard Rice, now known as Arnold & Porter Kaye Scholer, from 1993 to 2001, focusing on corporate finance and M&A for technology companies. DeCosse earned a law degree from the University of Wisconsin Law School and an undergraduate degree from Princeton University.
